The rules for using Hostus.life, for travellers and hosts.

What we are, and are not

Hostus.life is a marketplace. The contract for a stay or a journey is between the traveller and the host. We list, introduce and take payment where offered; we do not own or operate the properties or vehicles.

Listings

Hosts are responsible for what their listings say. We review new listings before they appear, but a review is not a guarantee. Photographs of vehicles must be no more than six months old.

Reviews

Only guests who completed a stay may review it, once. Hosts may reply once. We do not write, buy or edit reviews.

Registered company details and the named grievance officer are still to be supplied.
